Blue Tansy Essential Oil

Blue Tansy helps us find inspired action, and supports us when we've been resistant to change or take action to transform our situations and circumstances.  It is helpful when we have become stagnant or complacent in our day to day routines whether or not they still serve us. It provides a catalytic spark to overcome our tendency to vacillate, avoid or procrastinate and helps us take the helm of our lives and encourages us to live in alignment with our true selves and prompts us to make changes in a healthy honest way. This essential oil inspires us to manifest our passions into action and create inward mobility to allow us to accept all that is, and turn them into inspiration for all that can be through empowerment and freedom of choice to allow personal mastery and purposeful action.

Physically, blue tansy helps us to combat allergies, and things that we allow to bother us whether it's pollen and dander or insects and bites. It also is great for our skin to help cleanse our pores and combat acne, eczema and psoriasis or other skin infections.  It is beneficial to use while over coming addictions and creating more self confidence and stopping self-sabotaging behaviors.  It can be beneficial for helping you overcome colds and flus as it is anti viral.

Blue tansy should not be confused with regular tansy which is a neurotoxin and causes adverse skin reactions when applied undiluted.  Blue tansy has contraindications with certain medications, so if you are taking prescription medication, please schedule a consultation to see if this essential oil is safe for you to use, or to have us find you another safer alternative aromatherapy product that will not cause issues with your medications.

Citrus Bloom

Citrus Bloom is an essential oil blend that welcomes new beginnings, and encourages us to allow our former season to come to a close while anticipating the coming of the new and fresh. It's great to use when we are in a time of transition, and we're not quite sure how what's coming next will play out, but grants us confidence in the abundance of life's blessing and our ability to learn from what we've experienced in the past to make today better.

The essential oils in this blend include:

Wild Orange -

Which fosters a sense of abundance within us, and gives us assurance that there is enough of what you're fearful is running in low supply in yourself, in your home, community, country, world, creation, or within God Himself. Physically, this essential oil is great for increasing circulation within the system, helping us to have more energy and vitality, it helps us with stomach and digestive distress which we can sometimes get while we're stressed and we are not resting and digesting at our best.  It also helps us combat colds as it stimulates the lymphatic system, and is antibacterial, which is great again, as when we're stressed or anxious about transitions, and changes, our immune systems have a tendency to get a little depressed.

Grapefruit - 

Helps us honor our bodies, and helps us foster respect for our physical self, and grants us the ability to foster a healthy relationship with ourselves by increasing our ability to love, tolerate and accept our physical self, and our physical needs. When we acknowledge our physical needs, we can then work on positive ways to get them met. Physically, grapefruit aids, assists, and synergizes with the properties of wild orange and has added benefit of relieving pain including pain caused by tension or nervous headaches.  This is great because we know that pain and tension can be symptoms of holding stress and trauma within our bodies. And we also know that when we're transitioning our normal schedules and self care tend to get a little wacky, so providing us some extra TLC is always a good idea.

Lavender - 

Inspires us to be open to true, honest, healthy communication in a calm, accepting manner.  Sometimes we feel we've communicated everything there is to say - but we do so in a way that keeps our spiritual self out of the conversation, and our emotions are "checked at the door" Lavender helps us to get back in touch with our emotional needs, and fosters a sense of emotional honesty where we can recognize what needs have gone unmet, and how to better meet them in the future. Physically, lavender helps to calm our heart rate, and decrease muscle tensions and spasms.  It helps to promote calmness within the entire body.  This is very helpful as it can help us feel less distracted, obsessive, conflicted, insecure during times of transitions, and it can help our bodies find greater sense of balance in a time when many things feel very unbalanced.  This helps with our digestion and our immune responses as it allows our parasympathetic nervous system to come back on line sooner.

Roman Chamomile -

IT helps us soften ourselves and eases our overactive egos so that we can regain confidence in our life purpose, and to pursue what we love, what fulfills us, and what brings us closer to God and closer to our loved ones. Physically, Roman Chamomile works synergistically with lavender, and further helps to stimulate our internal organs to better support our physical bodies during times of stress, and helps us rest and restore.

Magnolia - 

Helps us foster a greater sense of compassion and allows us to treat others and ourselves with mercy and grant grace. With its inviting sweetness, it reminds us of the gentle, pure, maternal nurturing that facilitates deep healing and soul-level change.  When we're grounded in the sense of being loved and being safe we naturally see how we need to engage with ourselves better, and with others to move forward seeing, acknowledging and honoring the beauty and dignity within each of us, and we can let go of people/places/circumstances that no longer serve us without regret while moving forward into healthier places without holding onto our past. Physically, magnolia helps us to increase our energy, to balance our hormones, and to hep us achieve restful, peaceful sleep.

Air X

Air X is an essential oil that is primarily used to help build up health within the lungs and to combat seasonal challenges and environmental pllutants.  It improves indoor air quality and internal air quality, and it goes beyond with wonderful mental and emotional benefits too.

Air X includes the following essential oils:

Litsea (MayChang) - helps us manifest and mobilize our will and encourages us to follow through on our inspiration and promptings, when we are open and connected to our created selves we experience a lot of intuition.  Litsea helps us to have the courage to face fears that immediately come after inspiration - the negative self talk we hear from our past failings or from warnings and failings of others.  This essential oil helps us recognize the fear that drives these forces, without allowing it to sidetrack us, because they do not come from our created self, but from maladaptive coping skills put on us from our circumstances. This essential oil helps us to recognize what's clouding this central self and helps us to change how we interact with our thoughts, emotions and behaviors so that these habitual patterns align more and more with our purpose in life as we move forward, not with our past that holds up back. Physically, litsea helps to detoxify our bodies, and support our immune system with its antibacterial, anti-fungal and disinfectant properties.  It also promotes pain relief and decreases blood pressure.

Tangerine - Helps us reconnect with our spontaneity. It helps us reconnect with joy and lightness of heart, and to go back to the goodness and purity of our childhoods.  Our creativity is often sniffled by things imposed on us by others - by conformity to social norms, by following social rules, by wanting to fit in with the crowd and be accepted.  However, Tangerine helps us to remember that we don't have to fit in, because simply through our creation God states that we belong.  With true belonging, comes an influx of creative energy that flows through our hearts, and has the ability to manifest in ways we feel appropriate, suitable, and ready to explore. Physically, tangerine helps to synergize with litsea in detoxifying the body, while it energizes us and breaks down mucous and oxidation within the body.

Grapefruit - as stated above, grapefruit helps us honor our bodies, and helps us foster respect for our physical self, and grants us the ability to foster a healthy relationship with ourselves by increasing our ability to love, tolerate and accept our physical self, and our physical needs. When we acknowledge our physical needs, we can then work on positive ways to get them met.  When we are subjected to toxic situations within the work place, families, from our beloveds, we often deny our physical needs, so this is an important essential oil to re-gain a sense of what is good for us. Physically, grapefruit aids, assists, and synergizes with the properties of wild orange and has added benefit of relieving pain including pain caused by tension or nervous headaches.  This is great because we know that when we're detoxing our environment, our community, our bodies, our emotions, a lot comes up and our waste receptacles can get overrun pretty fast, and in the body it can cause pain as waste and debris are re-circulated rather than eliminated through our exhalation, our urination, our defecation, and sweat.

Frankincense - Keeps us connected to truth, as it helps us identify falsehoods we've been subjected to.  This essential oil is connected deeply with our spirituality, and helps us re-ground or become more grounded in our spiritual lives. It helps us form healthy attachment to our fathers and male authority figures in our lives so that we don't feel abandoned, but loved and protected as we spiritually evolve into more of the fullness of our true self, and honor this self in our thoughts, words, actions, and desires. Physically, frankincense helps to stimulate our immune system, to help cellular regeneration of healthy cells while promoting the death and non-replication of unhealthy cells, while alleviating inflammation and pain within the body.

Cardamom - Allows us to find greater objectivity within life's circumstances by helping us gain greater mental, and emotional sobriety and self-control.  This is helpful as we gain greater awareness of who and what is polluting our environment, community, home-life, workplace, spiritual life as it helps us step back and disconnect from frustration or anger and helps us address these people/circumstances from a balanced, level, calm grounded place.  It also helps us to see how we've contributed to things that cause us to be angry or frustrated, and helps us non-judgmentally make the needed changes to promote healthier responses to bring us more peace and a greater sense of self-control and perhaps even better, self-awareness. Physically, cardamom relieves congestion in the lungs and throat, as well as in the intestines and colon, helping to move things out of our system while redesign inflammation and reducing muscle spasms and stimulating healthy digestion.
